My introduction to acupuncture began with my wife, Angela. She took me to a renowned acupuncturist in West Germany, who was not only highly sought after in acupuncture but also a distinguished professor, lecturing on acupuncture and traditional medicine at the Medical University of Frankfurt in West Germany. For the first time, I personally experienced the remarkable effects of acupuncture needles. I was amazed and astonished by the significant and profound impact of acupuncture on my body. After my first acupuncture, I felt renewed in my body, mind, and soul. I also notice that the needles activated my body's self-organizing system. My minor skin cuts healed much quicker, and my dentist told me that my gums looked their best, with no signs of inflammation.

Feeling moved and grateful, I began my transformation from an internal medicine specialist to a holistic cardiologist, fully trained in acupuncture.

We went to China and had the privilege to be trained in the 1990s by Dr. Li of the Xuan-Wu Hospital, a prominent member of the Beijing School of Acupuncture. His introduction of the 30 Needles Constellation Acupuncture, a technique of the strategic placement of 30 acupuncture needles on specific points of the body, marked a transformative moment in the integration of my modern and traditional medical knowledge. It has challenged me as an established medical doctor and specialist but also opened my inner eye to this acupuncture technique, which cannot be found in conventional textbooks. The core needle techniques, a key aspect of these healing methods, were traditionally transmitted orally. Over time, I have observed that all conditions I have treated at the 30 Needles Constellation Acupuncture showed great improvement and more often, a spectacular healing.
