Dr. Nabeel Ahmad is the Dean of the School of Allied Sciences and a Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, India. Dr. Ahmad's areas of research include nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering. His research has been featured in prominent journals such as ACS Nano and the International Journal of Nanomedicine.

Dr Gopinath Packirisamy is Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Associate Professor, in the Department of Biotechnology, at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. His area of research is cancer nanotechnology, biomaterials, tissue engineering, nano-biosensors, and environmental nanotechnology.
