Autorenporträt
Kyla Dominique Stokes is a writer, filmmaker, and creative soul whose mission is to bring light to the untold stories of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual transformation. Holding a bachelor's degree in journalism and currently pursuing her master's in film, she has worked across the entertainment industry-as an actress, celebrity personal assistant, entrepreneur, and documentary producer, with a film that aired on Georgia Public Broadcasting, a PBS and NPR affiliate station. Her spiritual writing is deeply informed by her own lived experience-overcoming the wounds of a challenging childhood and embracing a decade-long journey of emotional and spiritual healing. Through the wisdom gained from a wide range of therapists and personal introspection, she has created this series of books as an invitation for others to reconnect with their true selves and grow in their connection with God. She is currently developing a series of devotionals, journals, and documentary-style films that spotlight the unspoken challenges in society-and the power of healing through truth.
