Tom Rowan (New York City) is a playwright and director. He grew up in Colorado and studied theater at Trinity University and the University of Washington School of Drama. He has worked in New York as a literary manager and casting director for various theater companies. His produced plays include Kiss and Cry, The Second Tosca, Faye Drummond, and The Blue Djinn.
