Dr. Garrett holds multiple degrees in higher education, including a Doctor of Philosophy with a specialization in church history. His lifelong contributions to Apostolic scholarship earned him the prestigious Apostolic Apologist Award in 2003, along with recognition as a 21st-century Apostolic father.
