Autorenporträt
Rod Sowden founded Aspire Europe in 2004 after leaving the BBC. It is an organisation dedicated to improving organisations programme management performance. In the last 10 years he has travelled the world working on assignments and lecturing on a variety of topics. He is the current lead author for Managing Successful Programmes, a role he held for the 2007 and 2011 versions. The "MSP Survival Guide" series of books to support the individuals in key programme roles, being released in 2015 were also written by Rod. He pioneered the development of maturity models to measure organisational performance, he was the lead author for the P3M3 maturity model in 2008 and for the new version released in 2015 and has helped over 150 different organisations to improve the portfolio, programme, project and change management performance
