Autorenporträt
Under the assumed name I use for being a wife, mother, cat-owner and government official, I live in Berkshire, England.

I write in the genres I love reading myself - crime detection, thriller, adventure, suspense. I enjoy retro vintage crime and thriller tales and my novels, despite the inconvenient presence of the 21st century, often have a retro flavour. I like to believe that alongside cosy crime there is, or could be, a genre called cosy thrillers. If there was, that would probably be my writing genre.

My favourite authors include Agatha Christie, Conan Doyle and Patricia Wentworth for crime and John Buchan, Mary Stewart and Ian Fleming for suspense.
