Vanessa P. Jackson is chair and professor in the Department of Retailing and Tourism Management in the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment at the University of Kentucky. Jacqueline M. Holland, CFCS, is associate professor and Interim Department Director for Family and Consumer Sciences at Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland. Julia R. Miller Arline is professor and dean emeritus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
