Beyond the boardroom, he is a dedicated coach, mentor, trainer, and therapist committed to unlocking human potential.

His extensive career, reflected on his LinkedIn profile, showcases a leader who has held key positions, including Board Member and CFO for multinational companies. He has headed not just finance, but also human resources, shared services, operations, and IT, reflecting a holistic understanding of business.

Academically, Rajesh is a Fellow Member of several professional finance and accounting institutes and holds dual Post Graduate Diplomas in Finance and Human Resource Management. His passion for helping people led him to gain certifications in clinical hypnotherapy, Gestalt therapy, and Silva Ultra.
