Wade Tankovich is a father, writer, and systems thinker with backgrounds in education, environmental science, design, and local government. This trilogy began as a private attempt to understand the emotional impact of being separated from his children. There was no plan to write a book. Only a need to sit with the silence, and to see what it might reveal. What emerged was a ripple. A small moment of reflection that gradually expanded into something much larger, something that began to echo beyond his own experience. Through these early volumes, Wade shares what he witnessed when systems were silent, when help came too late, and when parenting became an exercise in endurance instead of presence. He does not claim to have all the answers. His writing is an offering, shaped by lived experience and guided by emotional intelligence. Wade's background in project delivery and design helped shape his ability to observe systems, patterns, and gaps without blame. Instead of fighting noise with more noise, he chose to listen. To reflect. And to begin charting a way forward that included women, fathers, and children, not just as subjects in a system, but as people who deserve support.
