He has coordinated several national and international projects, garnering over EUR2 million in funding as PI and over EUR20 million as co-PI and team member.Dr. João Sousa Cardoso is a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lisbon, Portugal, focusing on techno-economic analysis and simulation of thermochemical processes.José Antonio Mayoral Chavando (MSc) is a doctoral student at the University of Lisbon, Portugal, focusing on thermochemical technologies such as gasification, pyrolysis, and combustion.
