Angela Cora Garcia is Professor of Natural and Applied Sciences at Bentley University, USA. She has published conversation analytic studies of mediation, emergency phone calls, computer-mediated interaction, aviation and talk in political settings, and is the author of How Mediation Works: Resolving Conflict Through Talk (2019).
