Unfortunately, she badly underestimated the power of Mr. Trump's message and overestimated the intelligence of an informed electorate. Thus, we have the sad result of the 2016 election and the political albatross that continues to haunt the American political landscape.

The book sets forth in full candor the number of political maneuvers that the Donald employed, defying all convention of political behavior. His combination of shrewd attacks on Republican opponents and systematic denigration of Hillary's public career were successful beyond his wildest dreams and her worst nightmare.
