The author is a Doctor of Medicine (PhD in 2005) and has doctoral studies in theology at Babes¿ Bolyai University. He has published a medical monograph as well as numerous articles on medical, civic and religious subjects. His managerial vision is also based on important administrative experience gained through the exercise of several important government positions.
