Amelia Virtues goal was to study psychology at some point in her life and when she was offered the opportunity to do some research on anger management in women she could not pass up that opportunity. She was dedicated to the study and was able to learn a lot about how anger affects women and the methods that could be used to diffuse that anger, Amelia was encouraged to write a book using all the research that she had compiled and that she did. It took a bit of time but, in the long run, it was one of the best decisions that she had ever made.
