Anna Moore has built the perfect bubble: predictable, safe, and comfortably uneventful. Work all week, takeout on weekends, and Netflix marathons in pajamas. Romance? Please - that sounds exhausting!

Enter Marie - Anna's best friend and the human equivalent of a hurricane. One impulsive Friday-night ambush later, Anna's quiet world is turned upside down.

Then comes David: steady, disarmingly handsome, and somehow able to see through every wall Anna has built. For the first time in years, she wonders if love might be worth the risk. But when past scars resurface and secrets threaten to tear them apart, Anna must decide: retreat to the safety of her cocoon...or fight for the kind of love she never believed she deserved.

Brimming with sharp humor, heartfelt moments, and just the right amount of best-friend meddling, Anna's Night Out is a warm, funny romantic comedy about love, friendship, and finding happiness where you least expect it.

Autorenporträt
Adrian de Beer was born in South Africa in 1982. Through an immense love of reading, anything from fiction to factual (and even the back of cereal boxes, it was the 80's after all, cellphones didn't exist) he discovered a passion for writing as well. From award-winning published high school essays to a variety of short stories and assorted poetry, his love of reading and writing finally inspired him to write a novel. Anna's Night Out is his first full-length novel, blending romance and passion with his signature sense of humor. When he's not writing or reading he works in the IT industry.
