He received the B.A degree in Geography from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand,  and B.B.A degree in international business from Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2009, M.Sc degree in spatial information system in engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2013, and D.Eng degree in Traffic and Transportation Engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2019. His research interests include GIS and remote sensing applications, deep learning semantic segmentation for remote sensing data, UAV remote sensing.   Prof. Zhaohui Lin Prof. Lin is the professor at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and director of CAS-TWAS center of excellence for climate and environment sciences. He received his B.S. from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1990 and his Ph.D. from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1995. Currently, Prof. Lin is a member of the coordinating council of the Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS). His research interests include earth system model development, climate and hydrological disasters prediction on subseasonal-to-seasonal timescales, atmosphere-land-hydrology interaction, and dust aerosol-climate interactions. Prof. Lin has led many national research projects, including the BRICS international collaboration project, CAS Strategic Priority Research Program, the International S&T Cooperation Program of China, and various initiatives funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 180 peer-reviewed papers and received the State Natural Science Award in 2005, the Award for Progress of Science and Technology by the Ministry of Education in 2006, and the Outstanding Science and Technology Achievement Prize from the CAS in 2011.   Dr. Quang Chi Truong Dr. Truong is a lecturer in the Department of Land Resources at the College of Environment and Natural Resources, Can Tho University. His primary research interests include GIS, remote sensing, and agent-based modeling applied to environmental resources and agricultural management in the Mekong Delta. Dr. Truong's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Informatics with a focus on Complex Systems Modelling from EDITE, University Pierre and Marie Curie, France (2017); a Master of Engineering in Mapping, Remote Sensing, and GIS from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam (2009); and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Can Tho University, Vietnam (2001). He actively participates in projects that tackle land use, land cover change modeling, and resource management, making significant contributions to the field of environmental sustainability research.   Dr. Nigel K. Downes Dr. Nigel K. Downes is a geographer and environmental management specialist with academic training in the UK and Germany. As an integrated expert at Can Tho University, his work centres on urban environmental planning, integrated water resource management, and climate change adaptation in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. He has made significant contributions to adaptation planning in Ho Chi Minh City, sustainable urban development analysis in Da Nang, and research on the interplay between urbanization and climate risks. His efforts focus on advancing sustainable regional planning and building resilience in rapidly evolving urban and rural landscapes.
