Shashikant Ravi is a seasoned telecom professional with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale projects across India and abroad. Originally from Haridwar, Uttarakhand, he holds a degree in Electronics and Communication from Moradabad Institute of Technology, Uttar Pradesh. His career began with the BSNL Phase-3 Rollout in Gujarat and has since spanned reputed organizations like Nokia, Huawei, Ceragon, and Nera Telecommunications. His global experience includes key roles in Tanzania, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Currently, he serves as a Customer Project Manager at Ericsson India, leading telecom rollouts for Vodafone Idea in North India. Passionate about mentorship, he wrote this book to guide aspiring project managers through real-world insights. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, singing, and cooking.
