About the AuthorChuck Whelon is a cartoonist, illustrator, author, and game designer based in San Francisco, California. Planet Urf Entertainment® is his publishing imprint.Chuck is best known as the creator of the humorous fantasy webcomic Pewfell, a semi-autobiographical epic fantasy sit-com that has spanned several graphic novels and over two decades of publishing, first appearing on the trailblazing ModernTales.com. He's also the mind behind Urfspace: Cartoons of the Future and the glam-punk art/music universe of Astrokitty, which blends fashion, comics, music, and sci-fi into a vibrant visual narrative.An accomplished illustrator of children's books, Chuck has authored dozens of internationally distributed puzzle and activity titles for publishers such as Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, and Dover Publications. His titles include Where's the Mermaid?, Where's the Bunny?, Wizard Pickles, and the What to Doodle? series.
