Aventerra is an adventurer's guild consisting of four core members, all of different species, with an additional human lawyer joining them as a guest.
They are here after spending long days gathering rumors in shady and not so shady places throughout Stockholm. These rumors... speak of a mysterious Halloween town tucked away deep in the woods, more or less in the middle of nowhere. The rumors carry some magical and supernatural weight to them, which intrigues the team, compelling them to investigate.
And so, they travel long and far, doing their utmost not to get lost.
Finally... they find this supposed town... surrounded by sturdy walls crowned with menacing red tipped spikes and various spooky decorations.
Stepping inside, they come to a land vibrantly decked out in festive colors. Each and every resident who passes them by is wearing a frightful costume, truly embodying the Halloween spirit. Carnivals, autumn foliage, and traditional architecture round out the town's appeal.
However... our team soon finds themselves embroiled in a mystery that only gets deeper the more they investigate.
