Autorenporträt

Eda Yilmaz was born in 1982 in the Karsiyaka district of Izmir. On her mother's side, she is of Bulgarian descent, and on her father's side, she hails from Merzifon. Eda Yilmaz grew up in Izmir with her two siblings. She began her education in Izmir and completed her university studies at Bogaziçi University in Istanbul. She continued her academic development at Michigan State and ENEB universities.

Currently married and a mother of three, Eda Yilmaz continues to live and work in the Netherlands. The author meets her readers in the literary world with her first novel, Awakening.

Eda Yilmaz enjoys conducting in-depth research on esotericism and esoteric communities and is passionate about contributing to her personal development. In her spare time, she enjoys walking in nature and questioning the truth.
