Selvaranie Naicker, a fourth-generation Indian in South Africa raised in a culturally rich environment, has sought and loved God from a tender age. She maintained a close connection with divinity throughout her life by regularly attending various satsangs and reading whatever literature was available. Her love for travel had taken her to twenty-six countries before she finally visited India, Nepal, and Tibet. Ms. S Naicker, a retired high school principal, served in education for forty-three years locally and in the United Kingdom. Besides being passionate about the environment, Naicker enjoys motivating individuals and public audiences. Her keen interest in religion, fueled by her desire to visit holy places, has resulted in Bakthibhava, where she shares her personal experiences primarily to inspire faith in God.
