Susan Hoddy is an award-winning author celebrated for her captivating blend of fantasy, romance, and young adult fiction. Best known for her Lepidoptera Vampire series, and her new series Empire Of The Legacies Academy, she brings a fresh and imaginative take on the vampire genre, weaving together supernatural intrigue, rich world-building, and compelling characters. She has also ventured into contemporary romance with her novel Security, showcasing her versatility as a storyteller.

Expanding her creative horizons, Susan recently embarked on a delightful new journeywriting and publishing a fully illustrated children's book series, The Adventures of Georgia and Cash, inspired by the joy of friendship and adventure.

Born in Perth, Western Australia, Susan has always been a dreamer at heart. She cherishes lively conversations with family and friends, spontaneous road trips with her husband, and quiet moments with a good cup of tea.

After spending years working in various office roles, Susan decided in 2012 to follow her passion for storytelling. Earning a novel writing diploma from the Australian College of Journalism, she hasn't looked back sincecontinuing to craft enchanting tales where fantasy and romance collide.

In 2019 Susan won two book awards for Attraction and Awakened in the Lepidoptera Vampire Series.
