John Graham FRCS is Consultant Otolaryngologist at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, London. He is Editor of the international journal, Cochlear Implants International. David Baguley PhD is Consultant Clinical Scientist and Director of Audiology at Addenbrooke's Hospital Cambridge University Foundation Trust.
