His career reflects a unique combination of scientific depth, operational leadership, and strategic insight applied to healthcare innovation and delivery.Dr. Howard earned his MD from Albany Medical College and his PhD in Experimental Pathology from the University of British Columbia, after completing undergraduate studies in philosophy at Boston University. His current work centers on authorship, exploring human longevity and metaphysics while continuing to advise mission-driven organizations.
