Autorenporträt
Ken Filing is a retired entrepreneur who joined the navy at age seventeen and served during the Korean War. He and his wife, Teddy, own a forty-two-foot trawler named Sea Rose II. They still like sailing on the open seas. They also enjoy spending their winters in their condo in Jupiter, Florida. Ken started writing novels after he sold his Industrial Scale Company and retired. This is his fourth work of fiction, which is loosely based on a childhood experience when his family was in a tragic house fire where five people perished.
