Autorenporträt
Leslie Ann Locke is a scholar of educational policy and leadership. She has worked and consulted in a variety of educational contexts. At the center of her work is how educational institutions, and leaders in particular, can improve to best serve all students and communities. Sonya D. Hayes is an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee. Prior to entering the professoriate, she served as a secondary teacher and principal for 23 years. Her research centers on supporting school principals in campus improvement.
