He rides with Bill on the Pony Express, he fights in the Civil War, and becomes a member of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. Some of their adventures are frightening to Buffalo Bill and to Josh but the story of their journey together is always exciting.

Jude B. Rennie was raised in LeClaire, IA just one block from the Buffalo Bill Museum. He has been a constant visitor to this great view into the past. Much like the boy in the book, Jude is 12 years-old. He has been writing since he could put words on paper. This is his first novel, but plans are in the works for other topics, historical figures and plots.
