Penulis saat ini usaha mandiri bidang trading, sebagai wirausaha. Disamping aktif sebagai trainer dan pembicara di berbagai perusahaan umum. Sebelumnya berkarir sebagai professional. Pernah menjadi President Director anak usaha Djarum Group- PT Innovisi Tesmak Indonesia. 1996-2000, sekaligus sebagai Direktur anak usaha Djarum Group-Polyvisi Rama Optik 1998-2000. Kemudian 2000-2004 pindah karir sebagai GM Sales Internasional Export, Fabrics Division Texmaco Group, bertanggung jawab untuk penjualan export di area Asia dan Pacific.

Penulis memulai karir sebagai Management Trainee of Pall Mall Indonesia, lalu sebagai asistent to Marketing Director. Setelah dari PMA, penulis bergabung Djarum Group, yaitu di PT BMJ, Paper Mfg, & BMJ Estate 1992-1996, Sebagai Sales-Marketing Manager

Background Akademik

Penulis menyelesaikan S1 di Fateta IPB, Kemudian mendapat kesempatan scholarship untuk melanjutkan S2, bidang keahlian MBA di Asian Insitute of Technology, Thailand, 1995 Kemudian melanjutkan tugas belajar di Executive course NUS Singapore & Stanford USA Executive Management Course. Tahun 2004 mengikuti G2Gprogram JICA, Kiyakyushu Japan, bidang keahlian Top Leadership for Sustainability. Dan tahun 2005 mengikuti The Haggai Leadership Institute, Singapore. Advanced Leadership.
