Prof. Panteliadis received his medical degree from the Kiel Medical School in Germany, have completed the speciality training in Hamburg and sub- speciality training in Frankfurt, Hamburg and in other Medical Schools in Germany. Promotion in Kiel and Habilitation in the Medical School of University Thessaloniki. Professor Panteliadis was Director of the 3rd Paediatric Department from Hippokration Hospital and Paediatric Neurology from Aristotle University, Greece/Thessaloniki. He retired 2004/05 (Emeritus at Aristotle University) and has since active at a private practise up to 2012/13.of Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology at Aristotle University, Greece, and Director of the 3rd Pediatric Department at Ippokraton Hospital. From 2005 to 2009 Prof. Panteliadis (parallel) developed and improved the health System in northern Greece. He has organized several conferences, workshops, symposia and further education courses; further, he established the Society of Paediatric Neurology in Greece, and was the President of this society for many years. Prof. Panteliadis is the author of several articles and textbooks for students and paediatricians, neuropediatricians, and neurologists in Greece. He has edited three editions of "Paediatric Neurology" in English; three editions of "Neuropaediatrie - Evidenzbasierte Therapie" in German; three editions of "Neurocutaneous Disorders - A Clinical, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Approach" in English; three editions of "Cerebral Palsy - A Multidisciplinary Approach" in English, and now the fourth edition " Cerebral Palsy, From Childhood to Adullthood".
