Autorenporträt

The Very Reverend Winnie Varghese is the Dean of the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine in New York City. Previously she was rector of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Atlanta, priest and director of community outreach at historic Trinity Episcopal Church in New York, and rector of St. Mark's in the Bowery, a diverse, progressive church in New York. Rev. Varghese serves on the Board of Trustees of Union Theological Seminary, she chaired the General Convention's Committee on the State of the Church from 2015 to 2018, and she served on the Board of Trustees of the Episcopal Divinity School from 2013 to 2016. She is also a published author, editor, and podcaster. She lives in New York.
