Autorenporträt
Dr. Karl-H. Richstein: studied Psychology, and Theology in Mainz and Jerusalem, as well as Management in Darmstadt. Earned a PhD with a focus on aviation psychology. For over 30 years, he has flown as a pilot in multi-engine, IFR, and aerobatics aircraft. Works at a major hospital and runs a private practice as a therapist, supervisor, and mediator. Serves as a consultant to numerous aviation companies. Research Focus:

  • «Supporting individuals affected by aviation accidents and critical incidents» and
  • «Implementing Peer Support Systems in the aviation and healthcare sectors».
