Because I belong to both of them. And that means I really belong to neither. I'm the "weird kid." The rebel. The one who does everything wrong. I'm not sure if they think getting involved in gangster politics and accidentally wrecking the opening night of a theater production counts as wrong. But that isn't going to keep me from doing it.

Autorenporträt

Sarah Scheele is the author of numerous books for younger readers in several subcategories within YA, from Middle Grade to New Adult. She lives on a third-generation family farm in Texas, was homeschooled long before other people had even heard of the idea, and grew up surrounded by big blue skies, winding gravel roads, and the great classics of literature. She manages the family farm/homeschooling household (think housekeeper with an independent streak and a laptop full of ideas) and that has been her first and only career. She is happily enjoying a single life. Her repertoire of young adult fiction titles is divided into four series. Writing was always a side hustle until the last couple of years when she stopped creating books for a while and began to examine how to market her existing ones and improve their presentation. 2023 saw the beginning of the publication of complete editions for her series.
