Steph West is an award-winning author and former Gannett/USA Today and Fox Sports Ohio journalist. She is a lifelong sports fan and spent several seasons covering men's and women's athletic teams across high school, college, and pro sports. Her high school Friday nights were spent on cold metal seats in Appalachia watching football, dreaming big, and cheering loudly.
