Dr. Sushil Kumar Kashyap (M.S., FIFHNOS) graduated from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has held positions as a Senior Resident at JIPMER, Pondicherry, India, and Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. Dr. Kashyap began his tenure at the present institute as a Lecturer in 2006 and currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology & Head Neck Surgery at Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. With over 18 international and national research publications to his credit, he is a distinguished member of professional organizations including AOI, UPAOI, and SBSSI.

Dr. Sharmistha Sagar holds an MSc in Medical Anatomy from Rama Medical College, Kanpur, U.P. Currently, she serves as a Demonstrator in the Department of Medical Anatomy at an Autonomous Medical College in Lalitpur, U.P. Additionally, she is pursuing her PhD in Medical Anatomy from the National Institute of Medical Science in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Dr. Sagar has contributed to the field with a research article published in the Indian Journal of Otorhinolaryngology, focusing on sphenoid sinus anatomy and its variations. She harbors a deep passion for teaching, writing, and research.
