The daughter of an Air Force family, and therefore and extensive world traveller, Ms. Cross has been writing since the age of fifteen, creating stories around the places she has lived and visited. After writing an editorial column for a newspaper for fifteen years, and working for the government for another fifteen, she is now retired and living in Canada's north with her children, grandchildren and an assortment of cats and dogs.
