Produktbeschreibung
Despite great strides in recent years, human trafficking remains a horrific reality for countless millions of people around the world. This new book provides an exhaustive examination of the complex issue of human trafficking while offering a comprehensive blueprint for its eradication.

This book delves deep into the intricacies of human trafficking, dissecting the factors that sustain its existence. It assesses existing anti-trafficking initiatives and, in response, introduces a novel approach rooted in a sociotechnical framework. This framework models a multidisciplinary strategy that combines both social and technological interventions. Recognizing human trafficking's multifaceted origins that encompass social, economic, and political dimensions, this framework underscores the necessity for a holistic approach that addresses the root causes of trafficking and its associated forms of exploitation. The book explores topics such as the applicability of government policies and technologies in human trafficking, social media and human trafficking, human rights and cyberspace, and more.

Written by esteemed experts in the field of human trafficking who possess extensive experience in both research and the practical implementation of anti-trafficking measures, the book furnishes a comprehensive and pragmatic guide to combating human trafficking.
