Deborah Cole is Associate Professor in the Department of Language, Literature and Communication, College of Humanities at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Howard Manns is Lecturer in Linguistics in the School of Languages, Literature, Cultures and Linguistics at Monash University, Australia.
