Recognized as the lawyer who introduced a new model of legal practice in Brazil, Nelson Wilians founded Nelson Wilians Advogados in the mid-1990s - a firm that has since become a symbol of modern law in the country. With offices in all Brazilian capitals and strategic cities across the interior, the firm also maintains representations in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, solidifying its global presence. In addition to serving as President of NWADV, Nelson is a columnist for Forbes Brazil and a public speaker. He travels throughout the country giving lectures on entrepreneurship in law to students and young lawyers. Nelson Wilians is considered one of the most influential lawyers on social media, with over 2 million followers. Through his posts about law, lifestyle, and business, he not only contributes to the education of future lawyers but also inspires them to embrace the profession. His trajectory as an entrepreneurial force in the legal field is impossible to overlook - a phenomenon both professional and media-driven. Hiram Baroli (Author) - Holds a degree in Social Communication and Journalism, an extensive MBA in Communication (900 hours) from the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP), and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM. He also earned a Master's in Communication and Semiotics from PUC-SP. Baroli serves as General Manager of Commercial Operations at Folha de S.Paulo, a Board Member at Conar (Advertising Self-Regulation Council), and Vice President of Marketing at AAPSA (Human Resources and People Management Association). He is also National Coordinator at ANJ (National Newspaper Association) and a guest professor in the Postgraduate Program in Business Administration at FGV, where he teaches Leadership, Negotiation, Marketing, People Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Communication Techniques since 2008. He has been honored multiple times (2012, 2015-2019) for his distinguished teaching performance in FGV's postgraduate programs. Baroli is also a professional marketing trainer for various organizations and a guest speaker at events and universities. He co-authored the book "Management of Clinics, Hospitals, and Healthcare Industries" (chapter: "Marketing and Digital Intelligence in Business") and authored "Essential Marketing for Doctors: Connect with Your Patient" (Atheneu, Rio de Janeiro, 2022). Vagner Ambrosio (Contributing Editor) - Former reporter and editor for Bom Dia São Paulo and Jornal Hoje (TV Globo), VejaSP, and Quatro Rodas magazines, as well as a business reporter for O Estado de S. Paulo. He has extensive experience in communication consulting across multiple sectors and currently serves as a press advisor at Original 123.
