Autorenporträt
Melanie Agnew is an organizational development consultant with over 25 years of higher education leadership experience at both departmental and dean levels. She specializes in internationalization, guiding cultural transformation, facilitating leader development, integrating discipline-specific change frameworks, and in partnering with multiple stakeholder groups internal and external to the organization. Jos Beelen is Professor of Global Learning at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands. He is a Visiting Professor at Coventry University, UK, at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Norway, and at the University of the Free State, South Africa.
