Dr. Hughes has served in numerous leadership roles within national and regional counseling associations and is the founder of Counselor Education, Supervision, and Development, LLC and Hughes Integrative Wellness, Org., a nonprofit dedicated to culturally responsive care. Her work centers on holistic wellness, cultural identity development, and expanding access to equitable mental health services.
