The world is a cruel place and Dan Tesson is striving to make a difference; he is struggling to change things. How can one man alter the course of human nature? How can he make the world a better place to live and not an endless struggle to survive? Any ordinary man, or woman, could not accomplish such a monumental goal. The world is a cruel place and Dan Tesson is striving to make a difference; he is struggling to change things. How can one man alter the course of human nature? How can he make the world a better place to live and not an endless struggle to survive? Any ordinary man, or woman, could not accomplish such a monumental goal. During a series of disastrous events, both personal and society wide, his life is changed forever. At long last, he just might have the ability to effect the changes that will transform our world. Such extraordinary power is very dangerous, and history has proven time and again that mankind is irresponsible with power. So, how will Dan faire? The greater question is... will he really be able to improve the lives of billions of people or bring about the end of humanity?

Autorenporträt
Sean O'Leary was born in Brooklyn and raised with deep roots in both German and Irish traditions. A graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School, he followed his love of engineering out west, eventually earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. After years spent solving real-world problems in the engineering field, Sean returned to a lifelong passion: storytelling. Sean O'Leary is a self-publishing author whose stories have been decades in the making. In Brooklyn, during the 70s and 80s, his love of science, science fiction, and Saturday afternoon libraries shaped a lifelong habit of asking "what if?"-a habit that eventually led him to write across multiple genres, including fiction, children's books, and photo essays. His self-publishing part of his journey began in 2022, but the ideas behind his books started long before-evident in the emotional depth of Dan Tesson, the gentle spirit of Princess and Scruffy, and the stark reflections of The Road of Blood: Buchenwald. Sean blends his engineering background with a writer's curiosity, often turning himself into the proverbial "#redshirt" in his own work-never safe, always exploring. A traveler, photographer, he's a proud member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA), an active part of the blacksmithing community, and a frequent visitor of local libraries where stories and sparks fly with equal magic. Sean writes for readers who want their stories grounded in truth-with just enough mystery to keep the pages turning. He lives in Utah with his wife and family, always chasing (more like driving really) and looking for the next good story-and the best cup of coffee.
