Hallo. Mein Name ist Choi Hwan, ein Koreaner. Ich bin hierher gekommen, um Ihnen zu sagen, was die Koreaner denken. Ich freue mich, Sie alle zu sehen. Und das zweite Buch zeigt, dass junge koreanische Beamte in ihren 20 bis 30 Jahren aufgrund der konfuzianischen Gesellschaft im Osten, der niedrigen Geburtenrate und der Immobilienprobleme schnell aus dem öffentlichen Amt ausscheiden.
