Autorenporträt
R. Scott Fosler is a visiting professor and the first Roger C. Lipitz Senior Fellow in the Center for Public Policy and Private Enterprise at the University of Maryland. Among his many appointments, Fosler has served as president of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), and vice president and director of government studies for the Committee for Economic Development (CED).
