I am a 51 yr old mother of two, happily married to my husband Sheldon. I graduated from St. Thomas University in Fredericton New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Arts and have been a Registered Social Worker for the past nine years. I continue to feel privileged to work with clients who are struggling with mental health, interpersonal or physical issues.

I love family, music and keeping my home neat and tidy. I love to do nice things for friends, family and strangers.

After turning 50 something clicks and I no longer care what the opinion of others may be. This in turn has allowed me the confidence to write this book. My hope is that others will find pieces of my story in themselves and even inspire them to write theirs.
