Aishwarya Singh is half the voice behind Desi Crime and co-founder of Desi Studios. A political science and philosophy graduate with experience in nuclear weapons policy, she traded law school applications for a microphone and launched Desi Studios at twenty-three. Having lived in fourteen cities across four countries and four continents, Aishwarya now calls India home. In her free time, you can find her at the nearest gym or browsing through luxury real estate she cannot afford with the seriousness of a seasoned buyer. An ardent lover of wine, she'll be the first to admit she's largely faking any real understanding of it.

Aryaan Misra is the less funny half of Desi Crime, which might have something to do with his nerdy beginnings. He was all set to become a biologist after an experiment he designed for NASA in high school was carried out aboard the ISS, but it has been downhill since. He attempted a biology degree before dropping out to chase his dreams (money, fame and love) in New York. He found none of the above. The search for meaning continued as he hopped around the world, living nomadically in Africa and Europe, only to return home to start Desi Studios. Nowadays he squanders his rent in Mumbai by travelling half the year. He likes jumping rope, drinking coffee and publishing pseudo-intellectual video essays.
