Produktbeschreibung
Digital transformation isn't a department. It's a way of operating - starting from the inside out.

In Digital Inside Out, veteran CIO Nicholas Colisto delivers a practical and honest playbook for technology leaders who want to go beyond operations and step into true enterprise leadership. Drawing from decades of experience leading IT at global companies, Nicholas shows how to scale your influence, align with the business, and make technology a driving force for customer value and competitive advantage.

Digital Inside Out is more than a title. It's a philosophy: that true transformation doesn't begin with the market, the competition, or even the boardroom - it begins with you. With your thinking, your team, and your willingness to challenge what's possible from the core of the organization.

This book is for the CIO who's ready to stop firefighting and start shaping. It's also for digital leaders who want to expand their influence and drive transformation that matters.

Inside, you'll find:

  • A clear roadmap through the three phases of CIO leadership: foundation, growth, and legacy
  • Illustrative case studies and lessons from the field - successes and failures alike
  • Strategies for influencing the C-suite, enabling innovation, and keeping digital transformation aligned with customer and business needs
  • A mindset shift - from running IT to reimagining how the company works

Digital Inside Out isn't about perfection. It's about momentum.

If you're ready to lead differently - and leave a lasting mark - this book will meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
