A mysterious package sent to the president of the United States contained an early model cell phone. In it's memory were two videos. Both showing alien crafts attacking earth. Tested by a team of experts, the cell phone videos were deemed authentic. The issue? The government had no record of America or any country on earth being attacked by an extraterrestrial entity.

Chet Newsom was tasked with finding the truth. After spending months, the solution appeared to be too difficult to decode. Then, by pure chance Chet found his resolution. He saw a high school science project that would ultimately solve the coded message and the answer led to Louis Holloman, the NSA Department Chief, now retired, who orchestrated the coverup.

Louis refuses to cooperate. Claiming his life is at risk. Using the mounting evidence against Louis, Chet has no other option but to charge him with treason. During the trial, Louis caves. To ensure everyone understands why a coverup was created, Louis recites what took place during the two weeks prior to the attack.

What Chet fails to realize, and could cost him his life, is the justification for Louis' actions.
