I am a Nottinghamshire lad with a fondness for Forest, I was a keen footballer but my passion has always been Athletics from Track and Field to running a Marathon.

My writing adventure started in 2016 when after suffering from a mental illness amongst other ailments I was made redundant from my job has a postie, so I decided to follow a dream and a lifelong ambition, I was never that clever at school regarding English (bloody hated it!) so I am the most surprised that I have come this far.
