Ryan has emceed IFOCE-sanctioned competitions involving meat pies, pulled pork barbecue sandwiches, jambalaya, jalapeno pepper, corned beef & cabbage and more. He's the author of Eat This Book. He currently works at the IFOCE as a part-time announcer.
